The Grand Trek

A thousand seas,
A million mountains,
And a great span of land;
All lay ahead of you.
Gather every strength you can find,
Get every hand on board,
Fill your backpacks,
With just the essentials;
Leave all baggage behind,
Continue your trek… refreshed.
Your destiny beckons,
More than ever before.

  5. Well, to each their own definition really, so you've got to define your own 'old'!

  6. Exactly, since old is defined only by our own experiences, we can tell when we want to :)

  7. Right! So we choose when we think we have reached our destiny or put our hands up and give in to the damnation :)

  8. Or rather, we can choose to never really reach that destiny and keep going for life, rather than risk finding out if it is destiny or damnation we were headed towards.

  9. Absolutely! So the control is always in one's own hands! :)

  10. Yeah, kinda sad isn't it? Nothing is there really to be discovered. Everything is simply a matter of our choices.

  11. Well, you walk on different paths depending on the choices you make, so there definitely is a different discovery based on every choice, right?
